About The Company
Capstak Co-founders, Heather Goldman and Michael Schnabel, have a combined 50 years of experience in commercial real estate. In those years, Heather and Michael continued to be confronted by the same daily challenge. They were spending too much time gathering news, market insights, finding the right capital partners, and finding “haves and wants” that aligned with their own. This inefficiency limited them from creating more deals.
Knowing this recurring problem was the same across the industry, necessity and intellectual curiosity drove them to find a solution. Heather and Michael looked through the disparate platforms available for commercial real estate, and realized if they wanted a tool to solve this problem they were going to have to build it.
So, they created Capstak. A network with the simple goal to connect, enable and inform the global commercial real estate community.
Capstak delivers transparency and efficiency to the commercial real estate market through actionable connectivity, empowering its community with the Capstak edge.
