About The Company
Real estate is local. Capital and business partners are national and global.
Investing in commercial real estate is a capital intensive business requiring a combination of debt and equity to finance. This debt and equity “Capital Stack” is at the core of the real estate market and who we are at Capstak. How can technology improve the capital markets for buying, selling, developing and financing commercial real estate? By more efficiently connecting providers of capital with investors. By making it easier to do more deals.
Capstak was started as a free site for the commercial real estate professional to connect and engage with their peers and to find deals. But the market for sourcing commercial real estate capital can be extremely opaque. We knew the industry could benefit from a more tailored solution. To fill this void in the capital markets, we launched Capstak Real Estate Services – CRES. With CRES, Capstak is connecting qualified sponsors with trusted commercial real estate advisors to secure new sources of capital and to do more deals.
Today, Capstak Real Estate Services has partnered with a national network of commercial real estate mortgage brokers and investment bankers to structure and place capital for deal sponsors. Our referral partners placed over $4 billion in capital in 2016 alone. Over the past decade this network of independently owned firms has placed over $27 billion in debt and equity financing for hundreds of sponsors. Through CRES, our network is dedicated to delivering superior service and customized solutions for the professional investor and developer.
Every day through our advisors we help investors find the right kind of financing at the right price, with the right structure, and most importantly, at the right time.
Capstak. Do more Deals. Be even more Successful.
