This Policy is incorporated into and is subject to Capstak’s Terms of Service Agreement. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Policy have the meaning given to them in Capstak’s Terms of Service Agreement.
What We Collect and Why
We collect and use the following information to help us to provide, improve and protect our Services and operate our business:
User Information. When you use the Services, you may provide and we may collect and store personally identifiable information, which is information that identifies you personally (“Personal Information”). Personal Information includes, but is not limited to your full name, company name, age, email address, IP address, landing page, and referring URL, for all users upon registration and use of the Services. Personal Information allows us to associate you with your Account.
Usage. We collect information from and about the devices you use to access and to interact with the Services, including, but not limited to, your IP address, cookie information, and the device and internet browser you use. We also collect other usage information, including, without limitation, the number and frequency of visitors to the Services, and the applications, and Content you use when interacting with the Services. These types of information enable us to understand how and how often individuals use parts of the Services, which then allows us to analyze and improve the Services.

We may disclose your information to third parties if we believe such disclosure is reasonably necessary to (a) comply with any court order, law (such as U.S. copyright law), or legal process; (b) enforce or apply Capstak’s Terms of Service Agreement; (c) protect any person from death or serious bodily injury; (d) prevent fraud or abuse of the Services, of Capstak, or of our users; or (e) protect Capstak’s property rights or other legal rights.
You can access, update or remove certain information associated with your Account by logging into the Services using your Account credentials. You can also delete your Account, though we’d hate to see you go. We may need to verify that you have the authority to delete your Account before allowing you to do so.
Please note that your User Content, and any usage or other information generated prior to deleting your Account, including any such User Content or other generated information that you shared with others, may remain in Capstak’s systems. Please also note, however, that we are under no obligation to store any such User Content or other generated information. The association between your Account and any information we collect may no longer be accessible through your Account if your Account is terminated. See our Terms of Service Agreement for additional information about the storage and availability of your User Content and other information relating to your Account.
If you receive commercial email from us, you may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions contained within the email. You may also opt-out from receiving commercial email from us, and any other promotional communications that we may send to you from time to time, by sending your request to us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by writing to us at the address given at the end of this Policy. We may allow you to view and modify settings relating to the nature and frequency of promotional communications that you receive from us through your Account settings on the Services.
Please be aware that if you opt-out of receiving commercial email from us or otherwise modify the nature or frequency of promotional communications you receive from us, it may take up to ten business days for us to process your request, and you may receive promotional communications from us that you have opted-out from during that period. Additionally, even after you opt-out from receiving commercial messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us regarding the Services.
Please refer to your internet browser’s settings for additional choices you may have about certain information you disclose—for example, with respect to cookie information.
Although we may allow you to adjust your privacy settings to limit access to certain personal information, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures on the Services. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of those with whom you may choose to share your User Content or other information. We cannot and do not guarantee that your User Content or other information generated on or through the Services will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.
Third Party Services
Children Under the Age of 13
Our Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or access the Services in any manner. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take appropriate steps to delete that information. We use certain physical, managerial, and technical safeguards that are designed to improve the integrity and security of your personally identifiable information.
